Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its prior location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number;
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate user accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
